I bought this one a year ago, has everything we were looking for, rear bunkhouse for the kids and all. 31 fter, about 35 total length, 250 handles it fine. Not overly big though. We love it. Grey water tank size is very important as others have said. I probably have to empty my tank once or twice a day. PITA. I didn't want to take up bed of my truck with the fifth wheel.

Probably the biggest thing i miss about the travel trailer. The 5th wheel hitch takes up allot of room. I used to throw the bikes, ice chests, fire wood etc. In the bed now i have to put it on the rack behind the 5th wheel.

This is my rig. I built a custom aluminum rack for the back after my factory bumper tore off from a bike rack + spare tire.

Yours looks a lot like my outback with the outdoor kitchen. I have 2 grey water tanks though and yes I would pissed if I only had one. Main thing I wanted was a seperate room for the kids so we could put them in bed early. Love the bunk house and they even have room to play in their room.
