What's wrong with my satsuma tree?

I've been having some damage done to my small satsuma tree. I planted it last year. Anyone know what the issue is and how to handle? The damage to the new growth looks different from the damage to the old growth. I tried to show both in the pictures. Any help is appreciated.

First pic is leaf minors and second pic looks like scale. You can buy spray for scale . Fertilize it with 13-13-13 about feb it will be fine.

Satsuma AIDS
Nah, really looks like bugs, maybe a caterpillar. I used to know what the was when I took Entymology, but I have no freaking idea now

I've had luck in the past pulling off the bad leaves and then just spray the tree.

Pic 1 &2 = Leaf miner. Not much you can do about it. Best to NOT spray insecticide. Leaf miners are inside of the leaves and the poison won't get to them. Leaf miners have lots of natural enemies that will eventually keep them in check, but if you spray poison, you'll eliminate the bugs that kill/eat leaf miners.
Pic 3 = Not a fricking clue. Probably some kind of fungus, scale, or other microcritter. Remove a leaf and put in a clear ziplock bag. Take to a reputable nursery or extension office for advice if you don't get a solid answer on the OB.

1 and 2 leaf miner. Too late now to do anything but there are some sprays to prevent them from invading new leaves.

1 cup of bleach to 5 gallons of water. Spray on tree. Rinse off after about an hour real good. I found this out after washing my house one day. Some of the bleach spray got on my trees and I saw that it helped them after a couple days.
