I thought he was in prison.

Said he'd been in prison twice...I don't think he's been in for the past few months it seemed like

Can call BS all you want. Showed me 2 super bowl rings, one from the Saints and one from the Raiders. Said he started out working for Al Davis for free and moved slowly up, 15 years there, then 7 with the NFL, then 7 with the Browns and now with the Saints.

Said the first time he ever talked to Payton was when he called up the GM of the Saints in 2006, said there was no way that Bush wanted to go to N.O....Payton got on the phone said "f you" and hung up.

Yea he said there is a chapter about him in the book 'special ops' or something about his mental sabotage of Manning going into the superbowl and stuff like that

He is a massive POS. I try to forget that Payton associates with that guy.

I guarantee you just single handedly restarted the bounty investigation.

I see that guy in LA all the time. I was in a meeting with Payton back in the spring of 2009 when Sean was in town for the USC pro day and Ornstein attended for some reason. Just kind of sat at the table, didn't say a word.

quote:Probably right. I guess he has never heard of being guilty by association. Ornstein is a criminal sleaze bag. Payton should have disassociated himself from that trash a long time ago.
More arrogance than stupidity.

According to Mike Florio (I think it was MF), Ornstein is a guy who knows where the bodies are buried, as far as the NFL front office goes (including owners?). Mike Ornstein may not be a guy that the NFL wants to frick with too much.
