Anyone who says this wont let their bias against Bullock subside. It's a blind hatred no matter how good her performance is. Bullock deserves another (and first deserved) nomination for Best Actress. She was incredible in this film and a surprisingly great choice for the role.
I really don't get the hate for her. I think it's almost solely because of the Blind Side.

Yep. I have yet to have a Bullock hater give me a legit reason for hating her. I wouldn't say I'm typically a fan of her or anything, but its clear that the hatred stems solely from her winning Best Actress in the Blind Side. Why should you hate her over that? She did her job well and the Academy awarded it. Sure the Academy made the wrong decision, so that blood is on their hands not hers. What was Sandra supposed to do? Give the Oscar to the person who she thought gave a better performance than her? It's ridiculous. She tends to have good sense of humor about herself (showing up for the acceptance of her own Razzie was great) and isn't a condescending twat to people who disagree with her. Her hatred is completely unwarranted, and everyone who supposedly hates her knows it.

Not even close dude. Granted, the role itself wasn't exactly that moving or interesting to begin with so I don't put all of that on her.
I'm pretty sure I'll be lumped into the Bullock hater group, despite me not hating her (never met her). I don't like her though (don't dislike her either), but that voice is annoying as shite. The hype and the America's Sweetheart shite that the media built up around her after Jesse James cheated on her did annoy me. Why should I feel sympathy for her for that? She knew what kind of guy he was before she married him.
Ladies when the guy you are with has a history of banging strippers, porn stars, and Hooters girls, and you are none of the three, don't be surprised when he cheats on you with one of the three.

I'm done arguing with him. I could say grass is green, and then he'd laugh at you, make a condescending statement, and then proceed to talk down to you for not knowing that it turns brown in the winter and can be dyed different colors.
