Its not a bug.
What is a bug is:
If say the boss has 24mil left and 4 of you start it and all 4 of you stunlock and do 24mil in, all 4 of you get 7150.
Its a nifty way to get everyone as much badges as possible.
I've totalled up to about 150mil in damage from multiple accounts/people because we all stun locked it at once.

I'm not sure that is a bug either. I think that is as intended.
