quote:. While true anyone starting 0-4 or 1-3 is in trouble as most leagues you need 8/9 wins to make it into the playoffs. So starting off in a hole makes you think drastic, I know someone thought I would budge on Rice and offered me Danny Woodhead/Jonathan Franklin/DeAndre Hopkins for Ray Rice
And there are still 12 weeks of fantasy football left.

I own Ray Rice and Roddy in a 14 teamer, but I am going to be 3-1 (or outside shot at 4-0), so I am more than content to stand pat.
I did really well with the rest of the squad. Abandoning drafting a qb and te worked out for the better. Picked up Pryor and drafted Cameron. Now, I have used my wealth of rb's and wr's to upgrade at those positions. Probably the strangest draft strategy I have ever used, and it is working like a charm.
