Yeah. I feel like I remember going to the College Drive Hooters like 6ish years ago, and it being all college students. The couple times I've been in the past few years, it was ghetto and mostly empty.

As for the talent, I think there's just much more competition for good-looking girls these days. You have bars like Pelican, Happy's, etc. who employee cocktail girls. They make decent money doing that, and don't have to work with food much at all. Then you have places like Walkons, Schlittz, Sullivans, etc. where the girls are dealing with food but they are making money like crazy. Why dress like a tramp at a breastraunt when you can dress more modestly and make as much, if not more, money? Hell, I want to say I've heard even the chicks in TShirts at Sammy's make more than Hooters now.
And then if someone really wants to dress trampy, Twin Peaks girls make more money and are required to do zero work beyond waiting the tables.

I much prefer Hooters over Twin Peaks as a restaurant, but I can certainly see why beautiful women aren't rushing to be employed there.
