This is a player problem more than anything.

However, I completely expect us to blow a lead in the final two minutes, even if we somehow were able to put the "Steel Curtain" out there. Chief would put tell them to sit back and let the other team win.

I know that, but no one ever blames players. There's a difference between coaching and play calling. The last few years, everyone loved Chavis (for the most part). Now, I guess this year, since the guys they have in there suck, he's a terrible coach.

Agreed. Not sure why Chavis loves that soft D. But, as bad as the DL is, you can't just leave DBs on an island while others blitz. They're just not getting to the QB. That hurts.

Hopefully, Kwon Alexander done enough in this game to prove that he deserves to be a starter on the outside.

It could be CLM's decision to go with the prevent defense and let the Chief to execute it.

I can't believe how quick people turn on Chief. His defense has kept LSU relevant since 2009
