How Fast Are We Going In GTA V? (Vehicles)

When I'm pegged on the interstate, how fast am I going? I have nothing to compare it to.

I usually hear the cops on the radio say suspect is going 91 mph on whatever street

the career tab on the rockstar site has a ticket citation that displays a speed. not sure if it is accurate tho

I always seem to crash when going super super fast, which is an instant death because our GTA characters don't wear seatbelts apparently

What really angers me is when I crash and I'm using Franklin's special ability, then go flying out of the car.
I'm all like what the frick and then realize how fast I was really going.

there is also the vehicle tab that shows which ones you have driven/stolen.
