<--- I have to put my guy down two weeks ago. One of the hardest things I ever had to do. He was 13 with bad hips and we made a quality of life decision. At the end the poor guy couldn't stand up on his own.
It sucks and there will be a hole in your heart for a while. Sorry for your loss, they truly become family.
