And the situation will get much worse with another stadium addition.
I know plenty of people that cannot afford to buy LSU tickets - when you add in TAF, it is as high if not more expensive than many Saints tickets.
Considering the monsoon yesterday, it was nice to see the game GOLD when it started.
I will never forget that Miami "hurricane" game back in the 80's - still wonder WTF why we stayed that entire a-- beating??

people sell tickets on game day for very very cheap or give them away before gametime.

so the idea that it's too expensive is bullshite

bullshite. aTm is going to be the only game all year where tickets will cost even face.

That was one of those "never forget" games, for several reasons. Yes, we were manhandled almost from the first series, but that was the heaviest rain event I have ever experienced in Tiger Stadium (I still join in the "never" chorus, for some inexplicable reason). Rain was sheet flowing down the steps in torrents...soaked to the skin, but also stayed to the end. I still stay in my seat until the final whistle for the same reasons as 30 years ago...there are very few home games each year and it is a small token of appreciation for the time and effort expended by players and coaches.
