Just make it. It's simple. Plus you save alot of money and get the satisfaction of knowing you fed the establishment, the way a real man should. It's your destiny. Dont be afraid to go for it.
I like half white rice, half Zatarains Dirty Rice mix in a black iron pot. (Obviously cook white rice separate in rice cooker). Get dressing mix (liver and what not), cajun seasoning, ground beef, yellow onion, bell pepper, garlic, celery, butter, chicken stock and a few tablespoons of roux (3-4) and cook it down for approx 20 mins (sweat veggies, you're nose will tell you when its go time). Then add Zatarains rice mix with seasoning and cook according to box. After it's done, add cooked white rice to it to your consistency liking.
Also, cubed up tasso is really good in it as well along with smoked sausage.
