I'm gonna say Tiger is disqualified from being black.
Why you ask? Because I fricking said so.
Seriously though, he is half black, has no street cred with black people, went to Stanford, plays golf better than anyone, and looks totally asian sometimes.

Tiger has skin that would definitely be classified as "black"
