Anyone else having freezing/crashing issues with GTA V and 360?

Game pretty much crashes at some point every single time I try to play. I'll be driving along or doing a mission or anything and the screen just freezes and I have to go to my xbox to turn it off (the controller freezes too, I guess).
Anyone else had these issues? Any fixes?
I did as rockstar told me and only installed the install disc.

I had it happen the first time I put the game in. I was trying to take a selfie and it froze when I tried to save the picture. Had to reset my Xbox.
I'll see if it happens again and if it does, I'll be returning it and getting another one to try.
