It would be very tough to arrange that. It's certainly not uncommon for bars to rent space in Athens, but not really on game days. Especially for a game like this one. They're most likely going to make a lot more money with the game day traffic coming in and out than renting space out to a group of fans (whether they be LSU or UGA fans).

That said, it never hurts to call and ask. But for the most part, all the bars have televisions. You may be better off going to a bar/restaurant type place (Mellow Mushroom's, Fuzzy's, Herschel's) if you don't want to stand up the whole time. Not much seating in a lot of the bars.
