Sure, ethical decisions are something they need to learn, but beating up on a kid because of something like this would not be the way I would have approached it.

Yes the deer were bunched up, but to say the father knew the boy would shoot 2 deer in one shot would be a stretch.
I generally just don't agree with the rest.

I usually agree with you on things, but I have to disagree with your statement that this was the worst case scenario. That kid will have a memory with his father he'll never forget. I'm sure they both learned a lesson. I think we all agree it wasn't a great shot to take, but i think the attack by you and others on the father is unwarranted. The father could be a far worse sportsman than this guy. Lighten up a little.
