Going to wedding this weekend down there and was wondering if there were some good beer options to buy and take back home. If so, where is best place to buy said beers. Thanks

Try Canebrake and Envie by Parish Brewing Company. LA-31 also has a few good ones as well. You can get either of these brands almost anywhere. Marcello's for sure. Probably Albertson's as well.

Go to the tap room and try some local beers then go pick up your favorite wherever.

You should probably move this to F&DB too

Cane Break is a good beer that is brewed somewhere near Lafayette

Birmingham > Louisiana in terms of beer options.
Grab some Parish if you can. Keep an eye out for their Grand Reserve. It's doubtful they have any left, but maybe you'll get lucky.
Also, look for some Nola brewing options. Nola Irish Channel Stout (not sure if this is being canned or bottled yet), Hopitoulas and Hopzilla if you can find them.

Phillippes has best bottle selection (Marcelo's has a lot but nowhere near the quality of phillippes).
Brewery/Taproom: Parish
Bar: Taproom or Green room
