Any other good Louisiana O-line talent or out of state possibilities out there that we can look at for this recruiting class? Looks like only two in the fold right now.

from our favorite Alabama poster Bucc

quote:

PLEEEAAASE Tell the LSU Rb that Hassenauer is from Minnesota and he is extremely solid no way he flips could even possibly come in & start at C for Bama after Kelly is gone

They are all meaning Ross Piersbacher from Iowa who flipped from Iowa to Bama, he plays OT in HS & is really good at it, likely an inside guy at Bama, but a jack of all trades OL, might be more apt to flip back to Iowa than LSU not sure but that is the one everyone means & calling him Hassenauer

The guy from Cali la mentioned is Vaine Talamaivo who is also an inside guy but if he doesn't go to Bama he will end up @ U$Cw

Ross P from Iowa would fit Cam's Offense

even C&P all of this if you'd like

It is just funny reading it & knowing who they mean but all getting the name wrong

As far as next year goes everyone needs to slow down and look at our current roster.

Vadal A and Trai Turner are both just sophomores. Porter may or may not go pro. I'd say not. La'el will prob be gone and Hawkins slides over. If Porter leaves then Malone, Dodd OR Pocic take over there because Evan Washington is in the two deep right now and will be a SR next year and will prob take over at RT given Porter leaves and the coaches stick with Pocic at C (which I think is unlikely). Then you have Clapp and Brumfield coming in along with Boutte already there to provide quality depth along with others. We also can't forget about 6'8 333lb Edinburgh and that Vadal could also slide back out to tackle too if need be. We're fine. At least for next year!
