Well yeah, if you currently own a PC that can run it at decent settings, that's the obvious choice. You wouldn't even have to wait until tomorrow to get it.

I don't know anything about the site, but they will give you a 16 or 20 digit key that you put into Steam.
If you don't know how to do that, one of the menu tabs at the top of Steam gives the option to 'activate a game on Steam'

Yeah, i figured out how to do all that and purchased a game key from that website (play-sc.com) and got the activation key no problem. Went to put it into steam and it says invalid key.....
have a ticket open with both steam and the website now.
