Welcome to the PERFECT SEASON - Finally

2003, 2007 and 2011 were great seasons for the Tigers in modern times.
2013 will be better.
I FINALLY believe in the LSU offensive formula.
I did not believe the Manning Academy thing.
I did not believe Mett would suddenly blossom in a constrained offense without a real OC.
But, Cam is someone I can believe in.
And I certainly believe in Chief.
Special teams will be at least average and good enough, and more likely a strength.
Get ready, Tiger fans.
This is OUR time.
Bama step aside.
Welcome to the PERFECT SEASON
See you in Tiger Stadium and in early January in Pasadena

The what?

I sure hope so but it's not NC or bust this year IMHO. However, in 2-3 years I'm thinking this will be the case. With 2014 and 2015 talent in the state lsu will be a national power (even more so than now). The talking heads will never talk lsu up like they do currently with Bama bc we aren't named Alabama, USC, Notre Dame or Ohio State, but we will be better than all the above mentioned.

All the hype that Jordan Jefferson was "all that" as a passing QB by the Mannings. That was incredibly hard to believe was true, and proved to be a horrible assessment by that camp. As such, our offense was a big disappointment.
In contrast, it is entirely believable that a former Pro OC who played a part in the development of Drew Brees and Philip Rivers and others, will be able to take an experienced SEC starting Qb in his Senior Campaign and develop him into a truly high-performing QB player and leader. Especially since he has only 3 hours of class this semester and with ODB and JL80 and others, and a stong overall offensive unit returning.
This is truly believable, as opposed to believing in a Stud-OC-led offense, a supposed throwing-competent JJ or Mett last year without such a Cam-type influence.
This is the REAL DEAL.
Out offense is FINALLY going to be "ALL THAT".

I agree, but it wasn't the Manning camp's fault. JJ always looked great in drills. He folded under pressure.

Football IQ:
The Mannings>>>>>Cam Cameron
He wasnt a bad "passer", just couldnt read a defense. Gary Crowton never lived up to his hype as well. I mean J Lee didn't develop extensively while at LSU.

I remember reading about reserving National Champ tickets for like $50 bucks or something. Can anyone direct me to that site?

398/678 4,733 yds 34 tds 20 ints
359 att 1,018 yds 12 tds.
while he was below average, he wasnt bad. 678 attempts is nothing in a 4 year span. Crowton really fudged our qbs. After 08, we just didnt throw the ball.

Any bama fan who has actually ben paying attention can't argue that an LSU team with better offense would have done much MUCH better against Saban over the last four years.
The only thing that is keeping me from betting good money on a sweep is that they have only played one game so far.
As for a tough schedule, LSU is used to all of that but I really don't see this year's schedule as any more difficult than out last three seasons.
Tkem again, I know that you quys aren't used to having to face the tougher guys from the east very often these days so I wouldn't expect you to understand what a tough schedule actually looks like.

I am not being a nega-tiger and I sure hate agreeing with a Bammer, but this statement is fact.
We may do it, but no matter how good of a football team you have, going through our schedule unscathed is going to be tough. Especially with the youth we have on defense.

Try www.teamtix.com. About $50 for LSU, but more like $300 if you want to reserve one if Alabama goes. I guess the difference is set by Las Vegas odds. They take your money in any case, but if LSU goes to BCS title game you have option to buy a ticket at the face value. It's still $50 after the TCU game, but will go up if we keep winning. I know two people who used this site for the 2007 game and got their tickets once we were invited.
