Nothing tall like big roasts, drunk chickens, etc. They're not good for indirect heat, so no ribs, etc. They're good for cooking about twelve to fifteen burgers at a time, six or seven pork tenderloins...if that gives you an idea of the space you're working with.

I think about three hours...give or take. We always have two or three canisters....they're cheap.
