I don't know what he did and didn't sign. I don't even know if everything they claim he signed is actually legit b/c the entire authentication system is extremely suspect.

What I do know is autograph brokers are shady as hell, many of them got pissed at the Manziel's when they trademarked "Johnny Football" causing tons of items to get taken off EBay, and the two reporters involved have been flat out nailed being completely full of shite on "major" stories they rushed to break instead of doing due diligence on.

Well there's apparently actual video of Manziel signing the items so the only real articles of dispute are:

1) Do you believe he signed it all for free?

2) If not, do you believe there's any proof he accepted payment for it?
