What time will they open up lots for tailgating?

If I remember correctly, 2 years ago it was around 11 or 12. Anyone have details on this?

I have checked ATT Stadium page and for the Cowboy's Classic it says 2pm. I also so this posted on here as well somewhere.
But I remember for Oregon game it was earlier than that, don't know what time though.

If they dont open this bitch until 12 or 2, what are some places around the stadium where we can pregame for tailgating?
