jesse was lead to believe HE lost the ricin cig and brock got sick because of it..
I think this is a huge point as well. Not only is he pissed because he figured out Walt poisoned Brock, but on top of that he manipulated Jesse into thinking it was his own fault that it happened

let me put it another way:
- jesse 'found' the ricin cig in the roomba
- saul just admitted to jesse walt had him steal the ricin cig from the pack.
- therefore finding the ricin cig was staged by walt.
the end.
jesse knows walt manipulated him and even if you want to bitch about the intricacies of the whole lilly of the valley episode, this is enough.
jesse has had enough.

Jesse shot that down immediately, because he knew he had the magic cigarette that morning and hadn't seen Brock in the meantime. Walt then suggested that Gus's henchman lifted it at the lab that morning. Making Jesse think he screwed up wouldn't have been any help in getting him to turn against Gus, but Walt had to suggest it first because it's the simplest explanation. Walt was just really lucky that the timing of events worked in his favor and that Jesse actually had been at the lab that morning and couldn't account for the whereabouts of the cig the whole time.
