I sold my boat yesterday. It ws 10 years old and got what I wanted for it. Now I feel so empty
I'm trying to downsize in order to move back to (Central) Louisiana I expect some of you guys to take me fishing!

No - the 2 best days of your life are when you buy a boat and sell it.

You're good.

I'm unfamiliar with "Central" Louisiana - what area are you talking about, specifically?

I'll be living just north of Alexandria.

Sooooo, that would be Pineville? Paradise? Tioga? Ball? Pollock? Prospect? Bentley? Dry Prong?

(If you don't want to say, I understand - lots of uneducated, rural types up there.)

Heard this from more than one man. My FIL sold his, put some money in the bank and bought a riding mower and is as happy as a pig in slop.

Probably in Pollock - I can cover some ground to get to a lake like Kincaid or something though.

Dry Prong is a viable option - nice places there.

You don't have many good fishing options here. Saline/Larto and then Toledo Bend if you want to drive and hour and a half. Everywhere else is hit and miss, at best.

Dry Prong - If you lived here, you'd be home.
