Where is the property? That would determine which CORPS office you would end up having to deal with. What are you considering as "usable?" You cannot fill or alter the hydrology of s wetland without s permit from the CORPS. Considering the small size of the wetland area, if you were to convert it to "usable" land without a permit, it could be considered a minimal effect conversion. However, you could also be fined. The permit process is long and complicated. It all depends on what you intended to do. I don't know what affects having an inclusion of wetlands on property would have on insurance though. I'd look into that.

Live in New Roads and tried a place last year in Morganza that ruined my deer meat. Looking for suggestions for a good processor around BR area. Willing to drive a ways for the best. Thanks.

Spray with Resolve. Wait 5 minutes. Put in dish washer on top rack. Never had any get messed up.

My dad taught me everything I know about hunting and fishing. Although he wasn't there when I needed him, he did however teach me to hunt and fish. He also taught me to survive in the woods. Before there is any judgment, I turned out a lot stronger than most. Lets take a trip../.

She's never had the chance. She may be the best damn bird dog ever. Doubtful, but she's never been exposed. That's what happens when non-hunters get labs as pets.

About 2 1/2 yr old, spayed, very sweet, but can be hyper. My sister's dog in Lake Charles. I can't take on another dog right now and the dog is not getting the attention she needs. I had her for 2 days and she was sitting, heeling on leash, and retrieving tennis balls. Best as pet only.

Bought the A400 at the start if dove season last year and haven't had a single issue with it. I really like the gun and the way it feels. Especially since I can shoot a box of 3 inch mags through it and still be able to hunt again the next day.
