They didn't kill the kids. They were stereotyped for being weird. Damien is messed up and still a weird guy today but I don't think he was involved. The other two weren't for sure. Arkansas looked stupid so they won't reopen. And with an Alford plea they don't have to.

It was a fascinating doc, though I wouldn't say you should watch it ASAP. Good for a rainy Saturday. I knew next to nothing about the case before watching, so it was interesting to go from "oh, these three assholes had better rot in hell" to "damn, turtles can do some damage when hungry" to "Arkansas doesn't like to be wrong, especially to Eddie Vedder, Peter Jackson, and that one Dixie Chick"
