I watched it yesterday. I thought it was okay as a documentary. I preferred the Paradise Lost series more overall.

I really don't see one shred of evidence that said these kids did it. Reminds me of pitchfork and torch mob justice. And the state knew they are wrong, closed their eyes and marched on.

I specifically enjoy the prosecutor introducing the knife, calling it the murder weapon, when he in fact knew the knife was discarded into the lake - where it was found - ONE YEAR BEFORE the murders were committed.

The only reason anyone knows about this case is Paradise Lost. Otherwise, the state would have gotten away with it - they still pretty much did - and chalked it up as another successful closed case.

I got the Memphis channels and watched the news back when it happened. I don't think they did it but Damien Echols loved the cameras and attention. Every time they stuck a camera in front of him pre-trial. He acted like he was a crazy cold blooded killer and the devil worshiping son of Charles Manson. I guess he figured since he didn't do it there would be no evidence, he would be found innocent, and that would be it. Little did he know the cops would get a confession out of the half wit Misskelly and the rest is history.
