aren't you required by law to yield or move out of the way of an oncoming police car with sirens on?

I'm sure at the time the cop will get pissed, but given the situation he'd be a dumbass to arrest you given that it is also unlawful to use sirens in a non-emergency situation

Eta lulz lol rofl: perspective here it was a non emergency situation trying to get a prima donna to a concert on time
