Telling this stud recruiting class that they get to open their careers in reluant stadium and get to play in legendary lambeau field is a pretty cool thing

I agree it's cool. But I also believe it has no real impact on a recruit's decision.

yes. All those 4* & 5* players want to go to the NFL, this is literally and psychologically one step closer.
There is only one problem with recruiting in relation to neutral sites and that is you can't have official visits.
However, when the neutral site games are:
A) in a heavy recruiting state/area
B) versus a major conference
C) versus a ranked (currently or previous year) opponent
the positives for recruiting far outweigh the negative of not having OV's IMHO
