If the critics only saw the pilot, then they were too harsh. It has a lot of room there, reminds of The Shield, obviously.

I just think it's death sentence is that it's almost being force fed to us on the heels of breaking bad. Like last night I witnessed such greatness, then since I was held hostage to see next weeks previews, I tried to give it a chance, and it just felt flat.

I know it's not fair to compare the 2, but that's what's happening in this circumstance. They should have tried this show early in the summer, after the killing or something

I liked it. The only thing I was unclear about is why they killed the cop. Something to do with a hooker? Can anybody fill me in?

Just watched the first episode about to watch the second. I think it has great potential. It seems like a lot of the negative reviews were due in large part to the bleakness of the show. For me that's a selling point. Show seems to have solid actors and room for a compelling story. I'm in.

I love that James Ransone is in a show again. I hope he turns out to be a significant part of the story.

I watched the pilot. I'm not sure what the critics had to say specifically as I didn't read any reviews, though it sounds like they didn't like it. I didn't either - just came across as cheesy to me with tired cop cliches and one-liners.

Didn't watch past the pilot. My time to watch tv series is stretched relatively thin, so I'm not going to waste it on this.
