They have 6 spots left in their class and they're using them only on guys we're recruiting.

So why do Bama recruits not wait till the HSAA games to declare. I know the big name Lsu targets are on tap for declaring at the games. Does Saban have some influece on his potential recruits not wating. Guess it really doesn't matter since some who have commited have decommited and comitted elswhere. So do the coaches really know who is going to decalre and they are just playing the recruiting game with the recruits to let them have their time on stage?
I guess my reason for asking is every time our top targets visit another school i read a new post on the board about the sky falling. Maybe i hven't been on here long enough to get it or maybe i am just a slow learner or both. LOL

Alabama has plenty of their top targets still not committed.

Its a strange year. Every year LSU has the recruit that waits until late in the year to decide (Randle, Peterson, etc.). Those recruits just so happen to be elite recruits. This is an odd year where there are 7-8 elite, top end recruits.

If you can't handle it, I suggest just take a break from the recruiting world..you're going to stress yourself out from the whiplash that your emotions will take this year

The fact is...none of the top targets are 100% locks. Hate to be the one to tell you.

Hope I didn't ruin your day. Enjoy.

the truth is, no one knows.

I think Saban presses kids harder than Miles. Just a difference of recruiting technique. But that's just my opinion.

However, we have no idea what has been said behind closed doors in regards to silents.

I think these players are waiting to see where this program is going. If there will be change in the offensive. This year is a recruiting year. Beat BAMA. Beat A&M.

For some reason young people have to be the center of attention, I applaud those who commit without fanfare and concentrate on school and their senior year.
These kids know where they are going in their Jr. Year, but the world we live n today.

Well it's obvious to me that Les has told them they need to string the Alabama staff out until the end.

Really?

Freaking Really?

Three quick thoughts, and then I am done with this:

1. This is the biggest decision of the players lives. Let them have the time they need to make the right decision.

2. Let them enjoy the spotlight and attention. They will probably never have it again.

3. Quit, absolutely quit having the measuring stick for our success be the Gumps. The measuring stick for our success should be our own expectations.

Thats right. I said it, and I didnt stutter.

Bc the guys we are looking at are better than the guys that they've committed.

This thread is a perfect example of why I argued the point of having a post count quota for starting threads on this board

If you follow the RB and still don't understand the answers to the thread you started you are:

1. Stupid
2. Trolling
3. A Gump
4. You may be a Redneck.
