Very good detailed post by blackjackjackson & I agree.
After we find out what Miles will do could we even compare this to how other SEC coaches over the years have responded to similar situations?
I know Miles will be criticized by some for not being a tough enough disciplinarian, but he did say he would determine what would be Hill's fate after the legal process.

Know what would be awesome?
If the judge were to put him on gridiron performance double secret probation......
Follow me on this.
Judge is prolly an LSU law grad. May even have club level tickets.
"Mr. Hill, you've left me no choice but to sentence you to gridiron performance double secret probation. Your arse doesn't average 5.9 a carry, and score on avg once every 13 times you touch the ball come your next court date on oct 15, your arse is going to jail for the remainder of your probated sentence. Bailiff, escort this man to practice please."
BOOM (that was the gavel sound)

Wanna know how I know you didn't watch the video?

I'm betting added probation and then a 2-3 game suspension.

That part of the video must have been right after Jordan Jefferson rode in on a unicorn and booted him square in the face.
