I agree that we should push the draft toward the end of preseason and do it that weekend prior to week 1 if that works for everyone.
Also I'm curious on the format (prefer PPR) and the number of starters in each position and bench.

Right now it's set as a PPR with the standard starters and 6 bench spots:
1 QB
2 RB
2 WR
1 Flex
1 TE
1 Kicker
1 Defense
