Pachall is a really good QB, but the way coach Patterson is talking is that Trevone Boykin will get a lot of playing time and they will use a lot of the 2 QB system. That may be coach talk though.

believe me it is coach talk. patterson is in a hard spot sort of like CLM was with jj & jl. your starter gets suspended, now he is back and the qb that carried you when your starter phukked up is looking over his shoulder. just like jj & jl pachall will be starting full time by game 3 or 4. if pachall beats LSU its over for boykin just like poor jl.

Last season his first 2 games were against an FCS team and a team that was 113 out of 120 in total defense for the year. Pretty sure most QBs who start for an FBS school could look good against those team.

The guy is good but that doesn't put him on a Heisman watch list. I'd barely put Murray on there.
