I'm glad he was fired. Now LSU has an NFL caliber OC.

Trolling. But interesting that the same article refers to Nick Saban as being almost as difficult.

Cameron is obviously a giant upgrade for LSU's offense.
The duels between Saban and Cameron could be epic in the next few years.
Who knew anyone could be more of a control freak than Saban?

cam's controlling nature fits in perfectly with les, it's needed.

To Cam: Please be a huge control freak with regards to the LSU offense
To Les: Back the frick up and let him control

Being a control freak may not be such a bad thing at the college level, where players are still learning the game. I can see how it could lead to conflict with experienced professionals who have already found their way and don't need to be micromanaged.

This is probably a good thing.

That is exactly what we need. Players to be held accountable for execution and sound football. He may help reduce the ridiculous amount of false start penalties we accumulate throughout the year.

Man, you said it! That's what this offense needed to eliminate stupid blunders. I think that was as important as the new scheme and play calling.

Cam can be the heavy. May be it is why they are best friends.
You can be a control freak in college.

We need a control freek as an OC. After watching the replay of LSU/BAMA last night for the first time, it is obivious with all the bone head calls that cost us the game. Fake field goal, wildcat quarterback sneak from 2 yards out on 4th down, on-side kick, and trying to run out the clock at the end when one first down would have sealed the game.

Well anyone that is any part of being a control freak ain't workin with no Harbaugh. Those two are the biggest pricks in the league, of course Jim IMO being much worse.

That article is worthless. It says Cam is a control freak, but it gives not a single example to back up the assertion. The same with the suggestion he and Flacco did not get along.
Why did they not get along? What exactly were the problems? The article doesn't tell us. It's all innuendo and speculation.

Harborough was unhappy with some things in the offense. Cameron told him if he wanted things done different then fire him. Harborough fired him.
Les and Cameron both know the kind of control Cameron wants and will have with the offense.

where do you guys come up with this. This ptoblem was fixed when Crowton left.
Mingo had more offsides last season than the entire oline had false starts.
in fact, most of the problems were in the UF game. you know that game where we had a new rt, lt, rg and center playing.
