Awesome for you and your girl!
I still shoot with my left hand "cupped". It's the way my Dad taught me when I was growing up in the 80's (he was LEO and that's how he was trained back when he learned). I just can't get used to using what is now the "accepted and correct" forms of a pistol handgrip.

Your wrist must feel like it's about to fall off after you shoot the Delta for a while. A cup-and-saucer is terrible for something with pronounced recoil like the 10mm wallup. I would try to change eventually. But I guess if it works for you now, do what you gotta do.
