Micah Eugene's role...

Is it a given that he is the fifth d-back off the bench whether its in a cornerback, safety or a rover nickelback position.
That being said, when we go four/five corners and three safeties, in pure coverage to defend four or five wideouts against a long third down, do we put in two true cornerbacks? If so, who? Jalen, Jalen, Dwayne Thomas, Rashard/Tre'Davious?
Would Corey Thompson or Kavara Holmes get a sniff as a fourth or even fifth CB?

Eugene is a stud blitzing from the edge. Not quite at TM's level but who is?
Honestly don't remember noticing his play, good or bad, in coverage, so I think there is definitely potential for some young guys to jump him.
Definitely think he's a major factor in blitz packages though.

It was said the other day that Eugene is a damn good football player without a position. I think he fits the rover/blitzing back role to a T.
