I've said it before and I will say it again, if those 4 teams want their permanent cross division opponent then let them have it, but let the other 10 teams rotate 2 teams every year. What's the problem with that?

I'm not even worried about the strength of schedule part of this.

I just think it sucks that there are 12 or so years between teams playing at a cross division opponent's stadium.

Wear are in the same conference, we should play more often than that.
