Dude is full of shite for two reasons:
1. Rice grows in water and they can drain a field just as easily as they flood one.
2. We haven't had anywhere near as much rain as y'all have. We are over the average for the year but just barely.

Ive done damage over flooded cotton fields. Im sure ducks will hammer soybeans better than rice if conditions right
