Any list like this is worthless. Cam Newton could have ruled college football for four years had circumstances been different.

Tough call. Herschel and Tebow are both the only 3x Heisman finalists. Frazier was a 3x title game mvp (even when they lost in 93). Cam had a season for the ages with a very average team.
I'll go with Cam.
