28th to 15th in defense would be a hell of a jump. It probably puts the team in the playoffs. Not sure we can demand any more than that.

Well that is an assumption based on last years statistics. I think it is a safe assumption that Davis's defense will improve in season two. His defensive numbers were pretty bad last season.
