Help! Just realized a Citra Pale recipe kit came with 4oz of Maltodextrin for the main boil. Can I boil it in 2 cups of water and add it to the carbor? Day 4 of initial fermentation.

I wouldn't worry with it, honestly, it's just a little unfermentable sugar for extra body. You could boil it 10 minutes or so and add it I guess

You could... or you could just leave it out. It probably won't make a huge difference either way.
