I am going to try to get beers in Thursday and Friday evenings. I have a baby coming in 16 days and I need beer to share with the guests.
Baby's heritage is Irish and German (two good drinking countries) and name will be Irish in origin. Thoughts on what to brew that will be ready rather quickly? Already have an Irish Red and a Berliner Weisse on tap.

Hefes have a quick turnaround. That takes care of the German one. As for the Irish, eh, I don't know. Maybe a low gravity dry stout? Or maybe a cream ale?
