Just got my brett starter going (probably should've done that last night) and will toss it in my sour wort pale ale when I secondary it this evening.

I just got back from Brewstock with my grain and hops. Was hoping to brew this afternoon/evening, but it's too hot. Think I might try for an early morning brew tomorrow. My back patio is in the shade in the morning and is nice. This time of day it's a blast furnace.

Ugggh... maybe I'm not being patient enough but I don't think the dregs from my Crooked Stave 100% Brett were viable. No signs of activity, no yeast sediment, no nothing. Anyone else have experience building a starter from 100% brett dregs?
