There is no rule that you have to win your conference. Although I didn't like them getting in the NC game, I have enough sense to STFU about the bitching since they skull fricked us 21-0.

There's two different things trying to be discussed here..... one is the article which the OP posted, which actually is a very good read.

The other is this tangent that a lot of fans get on regarding the 2011 BCS NG. I will never change my stance that Alabama should not have been there. Period. Yes, they were, and still are, a very good team but we played them, beat them at home, it should be the end of discussion. That's why the regular season exists in the first place.

Anyway, the point I'm getting at is that there's no sense is whining over what happened. It's over and done and pay more attention to the article the OP posted. Take time and read it. You'll be glad you did.

Just saying.

Yeah it's only a few paragraphs. The author states what is pretty much objectively true, gives a lot of credit to Coach and the team. His finish nails it "Not sure what to expect from this team in 2013? Good. That means that the LSU Tigers are must watch football." If Coach Cameron can get an efficient O to relieve some pressure on our D we'll be as exciting and good as any in the country. Can't wait till Dallas.
