I grew up watching him. I lived and died by those Terp teams which, we should remember, finished sixth in the ACC in his senior year. He was more of a frontcourt player than Jordan, and he was more often compared to Worthy (who, at the time, was considered a better player than Jordan).
But he was unbelievably good. Remember Reggie Miller's quick 6 points against the Knicks? Yeah, Bias did pretty much the same thing against Carolina. He was just unstoppable, and he willed Maryland to its first ACC tourney title in seemingly forever, back when that meant something.
He was wildly inconsistent, and seemed to take small games off, but when the big lights turned on, he turned it on. He could do anything near the basket. But he was more Durant than LeBron.
