Monty has said he wants a San Antonio style offense where the ball is passed at least 3-4 times per play. Jack playing hero ball and Vasquez trying to use screens to get past the 3 point line have unfortunately been the best options for initiating the offense the past 2 seasons.

not to mention having to beat the shot clock all the time and committing clock violations in what has to be a records number of times.
