The scene with Eric and the governor was cool.
Still want Tara dead.
Bill still sucks.
Don't care about Sam or the werewolfs that much.
At least there aren't as many story lines yet this season.
Warlow needs to deliver.

First episode I couldn't believe how bad the accents were.
Kind of stupid in the first place for them to have south LA accents while living in north LA

I randomly decided to click this thread after not watching the last 2 seasons and lol'd seeing this. I can't believe Tara is still alive, has her character gotten any better??

The wear-Panther story line started the decline of this show and it has only gotten worse since then.
Jason being stuck in that situation was one of the funniest parts in the show. The idea was mediocre, but I was

She's a lesbian vampire now.
I thought last night was pretty good. Better than the season premier.

It's right up there with Russell Edgington popping in and chopping off that news anchors head
that was fantastic!
This whole scene with Billith and the whore was just downright silly. I guess next week he'll be able to walk in the sun and his skin will be all sparkly like a Twilight vamper.
I loved Lala playing tea party with the little girl.

south LA accents
is that what those are supposed to be?

What's silly about this plot line is that if Bill's character can control other vampires from hundreds of miles away and he can control humans, why can't he just control the governor?
That's coming, he's just figuring out his newfound powers.

He can only control his progeny, Jessica, I think.
A lot of vampires can do that to an extent.
Can he control humans?
We haven't seen that.

When he summoned Jessica, Eric said he had never seen anything like it.

Have you forgotten about the blood prostitute already? He didn't glamour her, he just made her body do things against her will.

Normally a summons to a progeny is just like a pager vibrating. Jessica looked like she was being electrocuted!
So he can now control the body of his progeny AND humans. He can see the future. He can withdraw all the blood from a human without even touching them.
Will this come down to Warlow and Billith fighting to the death over Sookie? I don't think Warlow could kill Billith.

I haven't read the whole thread and don't know if it has been mentioned but I realized last night that the governor is grown up Scott Smalls from The Sandlot.

not a bad outcome.

frick that noise.
It seems like they keep coming up with new ways to make Sookie relevant but she's just not that important anymore.
I nearly forgot until last night's episode that she could read people's thoughts.
That's how far she's fallen for me.

She needs to take her shirt off more like she used to
Posted on 6/24/13 at 2:07 pm to Hugo Stiglitz
Don't forget that she's also been given new powers.

Yeah, but it's a bullshite power that she can only use once and then she will become even more worthless.
I was hoping the Eric/Sookie thing would go somewhere just to make it more interesting but it looks like that's out since fairy stud has entered the picture.
