Happy Father's Day to all Dads in the LSU family

My Dad injected Purple & Gold blood into my system when he took me to my first game in Tiger Stadium....Ole Miss 1959....yep, that one. I did the same for my son, and now we all hold degrees from LSU. Can't wait for the next generation to get started. I'm sure many of you are following the same tradition.

that was a good one.
My first was Auburn 2001...the one where Damon Duval (AU kicker) got in a little tussle with some GBFTL low brass

Yeah. I remember the "Our band can kick your kicker's arse" type signs the next time we played Tubby's kids.

I concur.
My father (RIP) from Mobile, AL played football for Shug Jordan in '58, was spurned by the Auburn family, transferred to LC in Pineville, and somehow became a Bear Bryant worshiper in the 70s and 80s. He indoctrinated my little brother who is now a Gump married to a Barner raising a couple of Gumps.
Being born with purple and gold pumping through my veins,I fought through all that and brought balance to the force.
Thanks Dad for helping me see the light and Geaux Tigers, frick Bama!

Have a great Father's Day, LSU dads. If your 'Ol man's around, give him a shout. Some things are bigger than sports. That being said

Proudest moment as a Dad? Seeing my daughter (only chlid) graduate from Louisiana State University!

Happy father's day to all. I'm here at the pool with three generations of stone's counting down to game time.

The first game I went to was when my dad took me to see us beat #1 Florida in '97. Nice one dad and Happy Father's Day to all the tiger dads

My Dad is 91, still bleeds purple & gold! It's never just a game to him- it's life or death! I think his first LSU game was the late 30's Sugar Bowl against Santa Clara! He took me to my first game in Tiger Stadium I believe was in 1966 against Texas A&M. No one is more excited about the Tigers in Omaha than my dad. I don't think I have ever seen the man not wearing his LSU cap, no matter where he is! We can be from different eras, ideas, whatever, but we have always had LSU to bring us together. Happy Fathers Day, Dad!
